Delivery & Returns
Here at Lifestyle Motorsport we want to ensure all our customer's have the best experience with us. Online shopping can be daunting, that is why our return process is made as easy as possible for our customers.
All returns must be returned / sent back within 15 calendar days. This return validity period begins from the date the goods are delivered to your shipping address. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that the following items can't be returned:
1. Innerwear / Under Garments
2. Downloadable software products (e.g Racelogic VBOX, AIM GPS Lap Timmer, AIM Dash Display, etc)
3. Personal care items (e.g Molecule Care Kits etc.)
4. Orders paid with return store credit
5. Sales/Discounted items
6. Gift cards
Please do not remove the original seal/tag (e.g. all returned item/s should be sent in their original condition and packaging including return form, tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.) We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
How can I return my item?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that, the return goods are your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please ensure the goods return are packed up properly and can’t be damaged on the way. Lifestyle Motorsport reserves the right to reject any damaged returns.
The shipping cost for the return will be borne by you.
- Please ensure to ask for proof of postage when you return your items and keep it safe in case you need to contact us about your return.
- We reserve the right to change, modify or amend of the above-mentioned without prior notice.
- In the unlikely event that the item/s returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside the 15 days return policy, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Returned items' value will be recorded as store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund request is approve or rejected.
If your request is approved, we will begin the process. Store credits will be updated, within 7 - 10 working days and have a validity period of one-year from the date of refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If the items that you have received isn't what you have seen on our website, you can request for an exchange. Please send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise accordingly.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where is your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
